Completed in June 2011 this project was to Replace Existing Joist, which was Damaged by Prolonged Dampness. This was a typical semi detached property which had been neglected over many years.
The property had failed a structural survey so required extensive refurbishment prior to selling. Using our expert knowledge HCS Tidybuild have brought this property up to scratch.
